Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SHARE. We strive to provide excellent therapy services with a commitment to your well-being. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, outlining situations where refunds may be applicable.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Service Not Rendered: If you have paid for a therapy session but it was not conducted by our therapist due to unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund of the session fee.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

• Services Rendered: Once a therapy session has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome or your satisfaction with the session.

• Cancellation Fees: If applicable, fees for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise specified in writing by our clinic.

3. Refund Process

4. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer refunds outside the scope of this policy at our discretion. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
